When... read more we arrived at the reception we were told they were full and after explaining the situation the waiter said ‘wait a moment’ and we thought he was going to work some magic but alas no. 15 mins later he came back and put a more senior lady in the case who said sorry we are full. As I said. Don’t bother. Sorry that we did. But not all is lost we walked into the castle nearby and ate there instead.

The atmosphere was fantastic with the soul music and the outdoors seating. The service was great. We highly recommend. Oh and the strawberry cake was delicious! My husband had more fries but ate them before I could take the picture.
